If you are reporting a Woosh policy violation that is not illegal (for example: spam, rude behaviour, sub-criminal harassment), please email contact@woosh.no instead. Those reports are reviewed under our Terms of Service.

About you
Anonymous notices for suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) are accepted; for all other categories DSA Art. 16(2)(c) requires that you identify yourself.
We will use this to reply with our decision and statement of reasons.
The content
DSA Art. 16(2)(b): you must provide a clear indication of where the content is. The more precise the locator, the faster we can act.
DSA Art. 16(2)(a): we need a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content unlawful.
Confirmations

What happens next. We will send you an automatic confirmation of receipt and, after review, a reasoned decision under DSA Art. 17. We aim to act on each properly completed notice in a timely manner, prioritising notices about content that risks serious harm (such as CSAM or imminent violence). The user who posted the content will be informed of any action we take against it and of how to appeal.

If you disagree with our decision, you may use our internal complaint-handling system (described in Section 8 of the Terms of Service), refer the dispute to a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body under DSA Art. 21, or bring proceedings before the courts.
